Well it was my birthday last weekend, pretty good actually, for once, still kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop. I mean it can't be that easy... can it...
I went out the day before, last Friday, to my Aunt Susan's for a family meal, it was a lot of fun, we had a good, and large, meal, she can really cook well, just don't tell her I said that, I love teasing her, nice Chinese food. We watched Strange Bedfellows afterwards and chatted for a bit, it was fun.
The saturday night I went out to my surprise party, of course I knew something was up before hand, my friends aren't that good at being duplicitous, it was still fun, a good meal at the Gordon Hotel, and then we went back up to Roger's place for coffee (good coffee, love his new machine) and convesation.
I got the complete set of Kevin Smith' movies off Ashleigh and Kim, which is awesome, a bottle of Vodka off Stuart and Loueis (sp?), and the best of all came from Jodie and Roger, an invite to the new Serentiy movie this saturday and dinner at The Barn, in Mount Gambier, I'm really looking forward to it.
What else... well Roger and I had an AO day on Sunday, it was fun, we've got another one planned for this Sunday coming. Power Leveling his little doc to 175, so he can get into some of the really fun high end stuff.
I've been really tired this week, I'm not sure why, I've been getting lots of sleep, last night for example I went to bed around 7pm and didn't get up until my alarm went off at 8am...
Anyway I better get going and get ready for work.
