This story is dark, disturbing, and just plain fucked up. A lot like the Buffy and Faith relationship during the later half of season three. One of the few Dark Faith stories that I have read that has kept her as an interesting three 3d character, rather then the 2d psycho slut she tends to devolve into in most "Evil Faith" Fics. It is an AU that diverts just after Faith wakes up in season four and has an interesting idea for getting revenge against Buffy.
In the author's words;
So the question was: how do I do that? I could just go in and beat 'em up but that's not fun. I could torture them --- maybe I'll save that one for later. But the best way to hurt them ... the best way to hurt any of them is to betray them. And to betray someone, you have to make them trust you first.
That paragraph is a lot like the line Angelus delivers to Spike in season two, "To Kill this girl, you have to love her" and just like that line, this fic will give you shivers.
